Sarah was fantastic because she went above & beyond what was asked if her. I realized I forgot to turn my crockpot on & she was kind enough to save my dinner by turning it on for me. And I know Scarlwt loved her walk based on the route!
Sarah has been great at being patient with Berlin, especially during her more willful and resistant moments. She works hard to get the most out of their time and is very gentle and considerate when doing so
Thanks for the update on her coughing. She has been sick for a few weeks now. We are going to a new yet Monday to get a second opinion so any updates would be great
Sorry we forgot to leave the clicker in the usual spot, thank you for altering the route enough to get a full walk and both #1/2 out of Berlin, despite the cold :)
Sorry about that, not sure why there is nobody at the front desk. I will talk to the Management. Luckily, we are home this morning. Thank you as always Rahul!
Thanks for letting us know about the leash. It happened for the first time last night, but we thought it was a fluke cause she was playing with another dog.
Thanks so much for walking Nora! I know she loves having a break during the day and it's such a relief to know she's having fun.
Really appreciated the note and confirmation that she did ok with a new walker -- also looked like a nice long walk. Thanks!!
Mikaela is amazing- Nanook took to her quickly and she was super sweet and patient with my skittish little pup. Thank you!!!!
Clarice has been awesome!! Whenever I have Athena here again she will be the first person I notify!! Thanks for everything!
Thanks! Great reports. She only needs the booties if there is salt out - I appreciate you using them when needed.
No worries on the distance. As you know, Keller is very shy with new people. Thanks for your patience with him.
Thanks Isabelle. We appreciate the notes and photo! Glad everything went well. Much appreciated for all you do!
If Kelly could give Keller a little bit more encouragement to walk around the block, that would be awesome.
Sarah walked at a good clip which is important for my dog! She also provided a detailed report.
Love Natalie! She is a great Walker! We appreciate her communication and patience with anabelle

Can I meet a walker before booking with them?
Yes! All our meet and greets are complementary and free of charge. You can browse through profiles and read our walker bios by tapping on "See Local Caretakers" on the homescreen. When you find a walker who seems like a good match, you will request a Meet and Greet with them to set up a time for a meeting. You can also opt to have us match you with a professional walker. Walkers will start reaching out to you as early as the same day you request the Meet and Greet.

Our dog walkers set their own prices for 30 minute and 60 minute walks. Browse their profiles in the app or on our website to find the walker with the right experience and rates for you and your dog.
Can I have the same walker each time I book?
We believe the best experience for your dog is a consistent walker, and when you book with Barkly, you will book with the same walker. If that walker is unavailable, you’ll have the option to cancel the walk or request that we send a backup walker.
Do I get to see the route my walker takes on the walk?
You will be able to track each walk route in the app so you know precisely where your dog was walked. All visits are also followed up with detailed notes and pictures from the walker, so you know exactly how each visit went.
