Charlotte is a fast-growing city with a bustling downtown and plenty of green space for you and your pup. Let’s go through some of the best Charlotte dog parks the city has to offer.

Lucky Dog Bar and Brew
Whether your dog is ready for a fun day of play in their amazing day care or wants to stay overnight while you are away, the staff at Lucky Dog is ready to love your pup just like you do!
Lucky Dog Bark and Brew asks that only guests 21 and older and their dogs enter our facility. ALL dogs must be up to date on all vaccines, friendly and fixed if they are older than 6 months.
Just as with public dog parks, all dog owners will be responsible for cleaning up and monitoring their dogs. Numerous receptacles are provided for animal waste throughout the facility. They have employees that will also work to promptly remove of any animal waste as well. The Lucky Dog is extensively and professionally cleaned on a daily basis for the optimal health of all of guests.
William R. Davie District Park
This dog park, located in the SouthPark area has five acres of fenced-in space with a separate area for small dogs. This is also the largest dog park in Charlotte and has plenty of grass.
Davie is also close to the Arboretum and the park is open from 7:30am until sunset seven days a week.
Ramsey Creek Park
Coming in at a slightly smaller four acres, Ramsey has an added benefit that not many dog parks can boast: it is .2 miles away from lake access. So if you have a water loving dog, this is the place for you!
There is also lots of shade along the perimeter for sitting or walking. The only downside is that there is not as much grass here, which can be a very muddy situation if it is wet and rainy.

Frazier Park
This park is located in Uptown, making it the most centrally located on our list. It is 1.3 acres of fenced-in space, with a separate area for smaller dogs.
The highlight of this Charlotte dog park is a shaded water station with swimming pools and a long run. It also has a large network of paths great for human and dog alike.
And the winner is…
William R. Davie park tops our list of Charlotte dog parks! The overwhelming space, cleanliness and grass-covered landscape are hard to beat when it comes to getting out and about with your four-legged friend.
